Abstract

This study examines the relationship between product healthfulness and firm performance in the South Korean food industry. Using a comprehensive dataset of food companies and their product portfolios, we investigate how health-oriented product strategies impact various dimensions of firm performance, including financial metrics, market positioning, and consumer perception. Our findings provide insights into the business value of health-focused product development strategies.
